What is Mangopie?
Mangopie is an early creator connection pilot. The idea is simple: understand what you're working on, then consider a useful introduction. Mango is its mascot and friendly voice, not an autonomous live matching service.
Am I talking to AI or a person?
The current pilot is founder-reviewed. A human reviews the conversation and any proposed introduction. This website isn't an AI chatbot and doesn't generate live replies.
Is it really free to chat?
Yes. The current private pilot is free to chat. There is no subscription or checkout here. We don't guarantee a match, a paid opportunity, or a response time.
What happens before an introduction?
Both people must agree to that specific introduction and what information will be shared. Nothing is shared with the other person before both sides opt in. You can decline.
Where can I message Mango?
Only on iMessage for this pilot, at mango@mangopie.ai. It's an Apple Messages address, not a phone number. On an unsupported device, keep the address for later; this site doesn't offer SMS or another messaging channel.
What happens to what I type here?
Your draft stays in this page's memory and isn't submitted to our website. Opening Messages hands the draft to your device, where you decide whether to send. Read our privacy notice for the distinction between browsing and the chat pilot.
Can I stop or ask about my data?
Yes. Message mango@mangopie.ai on iMessage with “stop”, or ask the founder to review a data access, correction, or deletion request. Requests are handled by a person, not an automated deletion system.
